    Mirena weight gain?
I have had my mirena about 4 years and am 50 years of age.I am still going through menopause. I have ever increasing weight gain especially in the abdominal area. Is it possible that I could be pregnant because it's been 29 years since I had a child & I think I've forgotten what it feels like to be pregnant. Any helpful advice would be helpful.

While it's possible, it would be very unlikely. It may be weight gain due to changes in hormones associated with menopause. Many women find that they hold onto the weight more than they care to as they get older.

You could always try a pregnancy test to ease your mind.
