How long can you be held in Florida on a writ of bodily attachment for not paying a purge for child support?
It would appear you can be held until it's paid - http://www.ocso.com/LinkClick.aspx?f...id=136&mid=590
It is up to the judge, often you will need to show or agree to certain payments, Often they keep you 30 to 120 days to "teach you a lesson" if you have appeared not to pay. Then once released if you don't start paying, they will lock you up for longer then next time
