It would be too early for you to be pregnant at this point as it is only Saturday night. You see, it takes upwards of 3 days for the sperm to reach the egg then another 3 or more days for the fertilized egg to travel to the uterus to begin implantation.

Most likely you are not pregnant as you have not been off the pill long enough for the synthetic hormones to leave your body.

If you are wanting a baby I would suggest you stop the birth control completely and begin taking a multi vitamin. A prenatal vitamin would even be better. Wait a few months and "enjoy the ride" as it can take healthy average couples up to a year of actively trying before actually conceiving.
