My girlfriend failed a drug test and got locked up in Indiana its her second one but 5 years between. What's the likely hood of jail time

There's NO chance for a bond before hearing... Bail is a Constitutional right BEFORE you're convicted... This is AFTER...

This shouldn't effect the transfer. It'll only delay when she can leave.

She seems to think there's going to be more jail time but Im not sure she knows what she's talking about. Doesn't make sense. Would writing the judge do any good?
