Why muslim girls to face cover need please explain ?

Covering the face is an option, and usually cultural.

Covering the head is required by the laws of Islam.

Actually girls are not forced to wear those clothing to cover their face. It's their own choice. They believe that covering their face and other parts of their body makes them prevent seduction and lust..

It is hadith (islamic law) to cover the body. It is not a choice. The only choice is in some nations and cultures, the full niqab or a veil is not required (full head and face cover all but eyes)

The wearing of coverings is required because Allah has commanded it. It prevents fornication and adultery (both of the body AND the mind) so that no man would be tempted by lustful thoughts of a woman who is not his wife.

I will have to research more to give a better answer than this. This is what I know.
