Trying to increase water pressure from my well. I live at the top of a hill and my well is about an 1/8 of a mile away. I have good pressure at the well, and another faucet between the well and the house. At the second faucet my water comes straight up hill to the house(not sure of the exact rise, but a pretty good hill). I have been looking into doing a reservoir in the house to fix it, but can't find any info... can anyone help, thanks

More details please. Size of pump? Size of service line> What material is the service line? How old? An you give me pressure readings at the pump, second faucet and the house?
Now let's talk about this reservoir tank. Just wondering why you would opt for a storage tank instead of a pressure tank. But that's not the best option in my opinion. A booster pump and a bladder tank would be the way I increased the PSI. But answer my questions and we will see if you have a pressure or a volume problem. Back to you, Tom
