Hello I am a Trying to conceive woman and my period is 8 days late I took a pregnancy test and the results came back negative could it be I'm testing too early?

All pregnancy test are different. How far after your period does the test claim results? Was the blood test administered in a doctors office? If so, I would believe they would only administer a test if they believed the timing was right. So if so, I wouldn't come to believe your pregnant.

I took a home test yesterday because my period was supposed to come at March 1 it still hasn't come yet I haven't went to the doctor yet for a blood test but I do go in on Monday should I just wait for the blood test? I have been having lower back pain and waking up to my stomach being tight I have had felt nausea but no throwing up

You can choose to do either... try another test, or just wait until Monday when you see the doctor and have a test done there if your period still doesn't show (sometimes they can just be off).
