I have retuned due to cease off anologe channels , get all digital channels but subtitles are permanently on , I have done the obvious . Button on remote , I can take off subtiles off the channel I;m watching but when I change channel or turn TV off subtitles are back on, Also gone through menu to check subtitles is off... can any one advise.
