Hello my name is April and recently just came off the mirena for 2 1/2 yrs then off depo for 1 month recently started spotting on the 1st and still is spotting to this day one day I won't bleed next day I am I place a tampon in one night and had sex with my boyfriend forgetting that it was there I couldn't find the string at first but then I did but it was hard and painful for it to come out since then I have been experiencing severe vaginal dryness and when I put another tampon in its painful I have had abdominal cramping and don't know if I should be worried I been having sexual desire but my vaginal area is completely dry help please what should I do ?
