I'm asking whether I'm pregnant or not cause I have been sick, like coughing (when I cough or sneeze my throat really sore) got headache, stomach ache, and have been bleeding (is it my period?) or am I really pregnant?

You could have a cold or flu and/or stomach virus.
You could be getting your period, and have a cold or flu.
You could be pregnant, and have a cold or flu.
You could have something else.
There's no way to know just be asking online - too many possibilities.
