Losing weight, becoming healthier.
I've recently decided I want to lose about ten pounds and gain some muscle. My BMI is 21 and I'm already relatively healthy. But, I'd like to spice up my diet a bit and take on some more exercise.
I've told myself I'll run outside, but I hate being outside in the dreary winter weather. So until this summer, I want to acquire some nice inside workout routines. Is there anything you could recommend? Any websites with exercises, etc? I'm not wealthy, I'm a college student, living on her own. So I'm looking for cheap alternatives.
Do you know of any diet websites, free websites, please.
