When I pee and wipe off it be orange and it start to tingle after I pee?

If you are taking any medication sometimes that can turn your pee orange as for the tingling I am not sure I would see a doctor.

Orange just means you're getting the wrong vitamins (The clearer, the better), however it may be an infection. You don't need to have had sex to get an infection, but they're easily cured with antibiotics from your doctor.
