    Here's some information about how to construct a "tee chart": Graphing Linear Equations: Making a T-Chart

    In your case you need to convert the equation from 2x+3y=6 to a form where y is by itself. Starting wth:
    2x + 3y = 6, first subtract 2x from both sides:

    3y = 6 - 2x

    Then divide through by 3:

    y = 2 - (2/3) x

    Now construct your Tee chart and pick some values of x to use. It's always good to find what happens at x = 0, and also solve for the value of x where y=0. Then pick a few more points and see what you get.

    Oh so on that one X would be 2 then Y would be 3?

    Not quite. If x = 2 you get:

    y = 2-(2/3)x = 2 - (2/3)2 = 2 - 4/3 = 2/3
