Question about Calculus--Graph of a Function
Q: Draw the Graph of the following Function:

    f(x) = x - [x] for all x belongs to [-3, 3]

    Note: Its a Saw-tooth Function.

    I suggest that you select several values for x in the interval [-3,3] and see what you get for f(x). For example if x = -3 you get f(-3) = -3 - |-3| = -3 -3 = -6. For x = +3 you get f(3) = 3 - |3| = 0. Now determine values for f(x) given x = -2, -1, 0, +1, and +2 and plot the results.
