I have someone at. My job tell others that I was engaged in a threesome with two men.. this is untrue... I also get ho ho every time I out shopping r tending my personal business from people I don't know. What can I do to stop this harassment. WHERE DO I START? My husband thinks that I should leave it alone but many sleepless night said I should Sue. Where do I start at work r the next person who harass me? HELP DESPAIR

At work you file a complaint with your manager or with HR against the person doing this.

If you don't know these people, why would they know you ? Perhaps there is other issues causing this, or you are looking and finding things away from work.

I'm out in the public a lot because of job and the rumors spread out side of work environment so now while I'm out there comments made regarding the sound of a train I know it's never happened however This is very hurtful where legal action can I take

You can retain an Attorney and sue. That is the only LEGAL action you can take. I don't know if you do or don't have a case.

Have you suffered monetary damages because of this - lost money from wages, commissions, something else?
