I had a tubal in 2005, I have periods that have been consistent for years lasting 5-6 days with heavy flow. I had no period in Feb but thought it could be because it was a short month I started my period at the beginning of March and it lasted only 3 days with a medium to light flow and 4 days later (today) I noticed I had spotted. I am also having pain in my lower left abdomen. What could be going on, if anything?
