I'm 11 days late today and just started cramping and spotting as well. I have tender breasts as I do before every period. I am peeing more than normal and a way bigger appetite, hot flashes and tired through out the day. I should have started my period 2/24 I took a hpt on 3/2 and 3/4 both said negative. But I'm cramping and spotting today? Any ideas? Could I be pregnant?

It sounds as though your period may be gearing up to start. Every once in a while, for no known reason, our periods can be slightly off schedule. It's not uncommon to completely miss one but still have symptoms.

For now, wait to see what your period does this month and next. If it's still off next month try testing again using first morning urine. Until then it's best that you treat yourself as if you are pregnant.
