Theft Under $5000 but let go with a warning..
Okay so I made the most stupidest mistake yesterday...
I am 20 years old and got caught shoplifting at Walmart!
I was taken into the back room and questioned.. Cops where called and they read my rights.. Asked why I did it then said, "you are charged woth theft under $5000, but your going to be let go with a warning. Also he I'm not allowed in WalMart for a year. Now I know he let me go with a warning because it was my first offense.. But does that mean he still charged me? He didn't take me in, nor take my finger prints.. Can someone let me know what is going to happen or what I should do?

Don't do anything. You were not arrested so there is no criminal record. Count yourself lucky.

They took my information like phone numbers, address, birthdate.. ect. Though and had a police file #, but other than that I didn't get anything from the police just a warning and got the sheet of paper saying I am band from walmart. Is this still a good thing?
