I have a problem with my dell latitude c400, it does not have internal floppy drive or cd/dvd drive. I can not boot from external cd/dvd rom drive.

I want to install windows xp on it, please help me with that problem.

You can so long as you tell bios to boot from usb. You might also be able to pick up a cheap external usb cd/dvd and you won't have to worry about it again.
