What is it worth

The prices vary from what I was able to find. For instance, I found a noritake creamer in your pattern number being sold for $7.99. So I think it depends on the buyer, and the seller.

I did find a website where you can sell it. I'm not sure if they're willing to give you a quote for what you could get, but since they specialize in selling china, especially noritake, I'd contact them, see what they are willing to offer. The link is below.
