I went to meet my probation officer for my monthly meeting & was told my meeting was last week. I did not get a message from him stating the meeting had been changed. When I arrived today I was told I would have to come back another day. Can this effect my probation?

The fact he did not arrest you on the spot, most likely no, but it could cause your probation to be violated.
