My kids dad has no rights to my kids at all but yet out of the kindness of my heart I let him see the girls all the time... This all started over the summer of 2011 my kids started coming home from his home with head lice EVERY week and will tell me all daddy does is sleep!Now today for the 2nd time in his care my youngest daughters hair is cut off by her 4yr old sister and he told me this all happened why he was sleeping!I am at my wits ends about all this what should I do?
