If she hasn't had them in about 2 days I would suggest taking her to the vet as they can establish if anything is wrong I will say 1 more thing thought I am guessing this is her first litter and I will just let you know you should have done a lot of research before breeding them.I would also talk to your vet about getting her spayed if there is a problem you don't want it happening again do u? Is she eating all right or acting unusual but please tell us how you get on and if the puppies are okay.
