I have bought a new "Romantic 5 Drawer Tall Boy". after unpacking it from a cardboard box. the four large drawers appear to be 'locked in' tight. Is it possible that in transit from the manufacturer that the drawers have tilted caused the drawers to skip the tracks or runners. I cannot budge them open. They can be moved up and down slightly, they have the feel of being locked with a key. HELP! I don't want a tall boy that is only good for looking at and not 'opening the drawers'.

Is it possible that they have locked them somehow to prevent them from moving during shipping? Was there any paperwork included in the box?
