Lost my rights t my kids, because of child neglect causing serious injury,now I'm pregnant again what will happen with this baby?

Depends - infant may stay with you until a certain age, you may be given another chance, the child could be taken at birth.

My thinking is that you will lose custody of this child, too.

How long ago, what about the father? Has someone notified them of your pregnancy?

In NY (and, once again, I have no idea where OP is) there is a registry. You lose custody, you're on the list in the event you have another baby.
