I just got off my cycle on thurday and had intercourse on Friday which was unprotected... how soon will the earliest sign if I am pregnant show?

The sperm wouldn't be able to go into your chest, even if it may have felt that way. To determine if you become pregnant because of the recent sex, you'll have to wait and see what happens when your next period is due. You can test a few days prior to when you expect it, but tests tend to be more accurate if you are actually late.
