I have 6 months leaved on my unsupervised probation & got caught with misdemeanor weed charge & paraphernalia charge. What am I face with these new probation laws? What can the weed charge get lowered to? & can I get the paraphernalia charge drop or the weed charge dropped?

Is their a possibility of getting fines, more/harsher probation, coummity services or classes instead of jail time?

Also Need recemdomations for a good lawyer in Rowan county, NC that could keep me out of jail.

I don't see much way not to go to jail for probation violation, at least till the hearing. Also the longer you go without talking to the PO about this, the worst they will do you.
