I'm on the pill but it was changed a short period ago. My period is 2 weeks late and I'm showing a lot of symptoms of pregnancy. I have a constant headache and want to vomit from the time I wake up till the time I go to bed. I'm experiencing fatigue but not sore nipples and my hpt was negative. Is it possible I could be pregnant?

A negative result is not uncommon on a first test. And it is very possible that you could be, since as you know the pill is not 100 percent effective.
