My son was arrested for breaking and entering, endangering the welfare of a child while on probation. He was drunk. Is there a chance he will get bail? Or is he doing time?

TWO crimes while on probation... he'll be going back no doubt to serve his remaining time, AND serving additional time if he's convinced for those additional crimes on top of that..

I think he'll go to jail.

First for the crime, they will set bail, but I assume that if he was on probation, they have revoked his probation, so there will be no bail till he goes to trial. My guess he will do some time.

Does it make sense to hire a good attorney or am I wasting my money?
