Installed a month ago and working fine. Just stopped working but everything still fires up but the fan. Getting a b7 error code.

Did you replace the run capacitor with your new motor? If not that's your starting point. If you have a bad capacitor or the wrong capacitor for the new motor its not going to work. It will over heat or just make a loud hum on startup.

When you replace the motor, did you replace the capicitor?
