However, I notice that after my husband discharges sperm inside me, the sperm gushes out of my vagina instead of flowing inside even if I lie down with my waiste raised. What can cause that? It is completely normal for your vagina to release the sperm. Even though you think most of it comes out, there is some that remains inside. That does not determine whether you get pregnant or not. It is about relaxing, it is about timing. Some couples it takes a year or more to get pregnant.
