My cat had 6 kittens the first time she got pregnant. They lookd premature. And all passed away. Now she gave birth to 3 kittens at approx1:30am. They look healthy and are milking. But how do I.know she has pushed all the kittys out. Its been ovsr 16 hours.& still . No mor kittys. Is 3 all.she going to have. Or u think.there's a problen.

How is she acting?

Is she still having contractions? Does she appear to be in any distress? The smartest thing to do would be to take her to a veterinarian. They can take x-rays to check for any extra kittens.

The next thing you should do is spay your cat as soon as possible. If you were a responsible and reputable breeder, you have had an x-ray or ultrasound of your cat PRIOR to her going into labor and would not be wondering right now if there were any left in her. If you need to go on websites like this and ask the random public questions like this, YOU SHOULD NOT BE BREEDING!

Cats don't always have the same number of kittens. Having six in a previous litter has nothing to do with how many are in this litter.

Now, as was said before, you really should get her fixed. The more times she gets pregnant, the higher her chances of something going wrong and her dying. Also, cats live longer, and have fewer health problems, when they're fixed. A routine operation will save you time, worry, and money, in the future.

Once this litter is weaned and her milk dries up, you really should make an appointment to get her fixed. Until then, keep her inside and away from any unfixed males. Cats go into a kitten heat anywhere from a few days to several weeks after giving birth, usually with none of the typical signs. If she gets pregnant before the kittens are weaned, she'll reject them, and you'll be left bottle feeding or letting them die.
