Hello everyone. My last period started Feb 04,2012. My husband and I are trying to have a baby, so we had unprotected sex during my fertil days. Now it is 3/2/2012, and I have not gotten my period. I should have gotten it on feb 26th, I think. I am very irregular. For example dec 31 I got my period and jan's period I didn't until feb... All I have is really tingly breast, light cramps- mainly down the center of my pelvic area. I tested this morning with a HPT- negative. Someone help me to determine if I am really expecting. I don't want to go to the doctor's quite yet.

Is there a particular reason why you were expecting your period on Feb. 26th? Do you know roughly what the length of your cycles tend to be? For example, 30 days, 28 days, 32 days, etc? Are they usually within a few days or do they tend to be very irregular?

If they tend to be irregular, you may want to wait a bit longer and see if your period still shows. The light cramping and such may be from a period getting ready to start. Give it another couple of weeks and see what happens. You can always try another home test in about a week if still no period. A lack of a period may not be a reliable indicator for possible pregnancy in your situation if you have irregular periods unless you have no period show for a couple of months or so.

Since you are trying to become pregnant, treat yourself as though you are. Making sure you are eating well, taking prenatal vitamins or a good multivitamin, and making any other lifestyle changes that you know would be healthy.

I usually have my period on the 26th of each month. Yesterday and today there is no crampong at. My boobies are tingling,but that's abou it.I will wait a week and see what happens.thank you for resopnding!

Thank you for responding!! I expected my period on the 26th of each month,at least it used to be that way.for the past 3-4 months it has changed up on me. I will give it a week more. Again thanks for responding

Today is 3/6/2012... I'm auntie flow is in the house... any ideas what I can do to better calculate my fertile days?? I thought it would have been the 20th of feb... ovbiously it was :-( I have also scheduled an appt with my doctor. Maybe there's something wrong with me. I don't know what to think, I just want ice cream and to be in bed rightnow :-(
