Its about a teen and his girl who drive a car into a pool and get sent away to a detention center, have sex up against the wall, escape and find more trouble with his older brother, and older brother shows him a scar on his stomach and they do a drive-by and one of the guys is in a wheelchair... that's all I remember. I saw it on HBO late--late 80s early 90s
