    Come and collect me
Is it correct to say " My English speaking class will be over at 11:ooam so please come and collect me at 11:15am"

Usually one collects inanimate things. It would be better to say:

"My English-speaking class will be over at 11 a.m., so please pick me up at 11:15 a.m."

While I agree with WG, the phrase "collect me" to mean coming to get me at a location is not an umfamiliar one. It may be a more common translation of the phrase "pick me up" in other languages. Pick me up is probably more common idiomatic american english, but I wouldn't say that collect me doesn't convey the same meaning.
