    DWI and Probation
Recently have a DWI and need to know my rights from probation

Currently convicted for DWI--met today for the first time. He is a man and I'm a woman, was very uncomfortable especially with his threats to me and my husband. This is my first offense and have no record.

    Hello s:

You have a LOT of rights. The question isn't what right's you've got, it's what rights you NEED. Tell me what he's doing, and I'll tell you what to DO about it.

    Hello again, s:

Please keep all your posts on ONE thread.. Use the answer this question button at the bottom.

Look. He sounds like an a$$hole. Ok, most of 'em are. But, from what you said, he didn't violate any of your rights. He just told you what he was going to do to you...

My BEST advice is to keep your head down. STOP drinking, and just say yes sir. Otherwise, there's going to be trouble, and HE'LL win.
