How to effectively compress a folder or file size for email?
I have tried to zip a 102 MB video file by the Windows 7. But, the zipped file size is still 101 MB. It did not compress the file size so much. Can you tell how to effectively compress a folder or file size so that the user may attach to email? Thank you.

You are not going to be able to use normal e-mail to send that file as it is just too large.
There are a number of services that can be used for sending large files.
    Try Ge.tt | Gett sharing or https://www.yousendit.com/
Both services are free and work well.
You upload your file to the service and then it sends a mail message with a link to the person you want to receive it. They then simply download from the supplied link.
