Texas Residential Lease and Inventory Condition Form - Provision by Landlord Required
In Texas, is a landlord for a non-commercial residential leasehold required to provide a new tenant with the Texas Residential Lease & Inventory Condition form (to be completed by the tenant)at the time the new tenant signs the lease or takes possession of the property? And if this form has not been provided to a tenant upon move in, can the landlord require the tenant to complete the form upon tenant move out? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
