Me and this girl have been going out for 1 year, 3 months. What kind of ended our relationship was her parents because they didn't like me. Well she left me and still loved me, from what she says. She had on and off relationships with other guys and got with this one guy and now they been going out for 4 months, we had a huge argument which ended with "don't call me no more" then after a couple weeks pass by I get a text from her cousin saying that my ex still loved me and misses me, but she's still with this other guy who she supposivly loves. What do I do? Do I believe what she's saying and wait it off or..

I never believe what a third-party says. I don't know how someone who still loves you AND wants to reconcile with you is involved with someone else BUT if you believe she is, then call her and ask.

I would not deal with third party opinions.

If she truly loved you she would not have left you. Now she is in a relationship with another guy and she says that she still loves you. To you, are you not hurt that she wants you back but she has a boyfriend already? You would know the answer if you call her. Meet with her and if she truly loves you, she will come back to your arms.

She obviously is NOT sure of her own feelings and is definitely in love with love. So, since she's not ready to settle down as you are... She isn't the one for you.
