I had a c section 11 weeks ago all went well but I am yet to have a period I have done a test which was negative nearly 3 weeks ago.could ibe preganant ? I did breast feed for first week andhave been told that could have something to do with it ?

I didn't have a period for 10m after baby but I breastfed for 16m. It's normal but if you're not using proper birth control you'll have to keep testing for pregnancy.
