So I'm trying to remember the name of this Christian kids show/movie I watched when I was a little circa late 80s early 90s. I remember it was "real life" except for the main character, who was a puppet (I think he was orange?) At one point the boy's mom told him to clean his room and she set a timer so that he would be motivated to get it done, but instead he disobeyed and made his room even messier (he had a red race car bed). At another part his best friend/next door neighbor was moving away and they were all upset about it. The friend was disabled (didn't have arms) but he was a mean skateboarder!

Gerbert was the charater and I believe the shows name also.
