I'm wondering if I could be pregnant or if there could be another problem.
I am 20 years old and happily married, HOPING that I could be pregnant!

I have been having nausea (typically only at night) these last few weeks that OCCASIONALLY results in vomiting. I have also noticed some light cramping, strong headaches, increased vaginal discharge (about three days ago; not so much these last 3 days) that is clear or pale yellow, increased fatigue, among other things.

If I am not pregnant, what else could this be?
I took an Equate brand pregnancy test but it came back negative -- may not have done it right.

How many days past your period are you, that is often the first sign many women get is missing their period. If it is about a week late, you should test with the first urine of the morning.
