I'm 8 weeks pregnant I am suffering really bad with tooth ache a haven't slept for 4 days a haven't aten either can hardly talk ! I have been using mouth wash also salty water plus bonjela plus paracatamol and its not working I am in soooo much pain I cry a can't help it am just in pain and I have no dentist so I don't know what to do with myself will someone please help me!!

I am sorry that you are feeling so poorly, but you really need to see a dentist. Dental care during pregnancy is especially important to avoid potential complications. If you have an infection, for example, it can go from bad to worse fairly quickly. If need be, until you can get seen, maybe see your gp for help.
