    Penis infection?
    Hi there

I think I have an infection to my Penis, just to point out I have never had sex I am still a virgin.

I have some yellow/white dots (like even flakes) appearing on my penis on the surface, not on the actual head but just underneath there. It never hurts and I have never had discomfort.

It can't be an STI as I'm still a virgin.

Does anyone know what it could be?

    Many thanks

EDIT!: just researched, its PPP, there is no real treatment for it, and I've found out its harmless, as I don't have any discomfort. Hopefully that's helps your opinions

I don't know what kind of infection you are seeing or how old this question is. Use Lamisil cream. It will be all right.

Many males have that. Yes, it is normal. It is usually permanent. It is also more common in uncircumcised males.

Do not but any kinds of creams there because creams will have more moisture in that area and could actually create a real

Infection. So leave the creams out.

What he has is not an infection of any kind and does not have any treatment.

See your GP, it could be an infection or these spots may be Fordyce Spots which are perfectly normal. Your GP will be able to tell you which.
