I like shows where the people can actually act, so no I Just Want Is My Pants Back. But I do like the ridiculousness of "Reality" TV sometimes. I watch Lost Girl, Supernatural, Shameless, Entourage, Castle, Californication, Dexter, LA Ink, Becker, The Nanny, and Hot in Cleveland.

Well, there are many great TV shows out there, but the few that I would recommend according to your tastes above are:

Weeds
Arrested Devolpment
The Walking Dead
Sons of Anarchy

That's about all I can think of at the moment, but all of those should keep you entertained for quite a while.
