Every time I try and play pinochle it says I'm already signed in and won't let me sign up.. I keep ending up having to do a new name and password, what is going on?

Why doesn't pinochle recognize me as a established player? It keeps saying someone with that name is already signed in.. I'm not... I now have four or five different names and passwords,,
