Hi.. so I recently had sex with my boyfriend about 2 weeks ago and we sort of did the pulling out method.. so just in case I took the plan b pill within the 72 hour mark, but my period is 10 days late from the original designated date and since its our first time doing this we got kind of scared. Do you think I might be pregnant? What kind of symptoms would I be having?

First you know I am sure that pull out is not a very effective "method" and I personally don't even consider it a method since it fails most of the time. From issues of sperm in the early fluids to the man not able to pull out in time.

Most people who only use pull out normally get pregnant at some point.

Also Plan B is less and less effective the longer you wait, so taking it 12 hours after sex, or waiting till 67 hours after sex makes a large difference.

Can you be pregnant, of course there are errors and exceptions. Plan B is not 100 percent effective, and less and less effective the longer you wait after sex. Pull out is not very effective at all.

But with that said, Plan B also makes your period be off.

But missing your period is the first "sign" most people have.

If you have missed your period, take a home pregnancy test using the first urine of the morning.

Even I took the pill once and missed my periods for 2 months,, I wasn't pregnant either. Then I started getting my periods every 15-18 days,, now it's completely irregular. That's what such pills do to u,, never use it again,,
