    Hi I'm 16 years old and... 50 kg(100lbs) overweight can u suggest me way 2 loose 60 kgs in 6 months?

    No we can't. There is no way to do this yourself in a healthy manner. That is 22 lbs or 10kgs per month. There are 3500 calories in a pound. Losing that much weight means a defecit (through diet or exercise) of 77000 calories a month or 2566 calories per day (approx). Basically, you can't eat. If you would like to lose weight, there is no miracle involved. You need to change your lifestyle through diet and exercise. Yes, it takes time, but you'll have the reward of a healthier body and lifestyle.

    Okay so I know the answer that it would be nearly impossible is the worst answer you can get. So what I can recommend is to get into a routine of healthy eating and exercise in attempt to achieve this goal, but if you don't loose that much to not get discouraged but to keep going and you will. Timing always sucks, but if you begin a regime it at least gives you some where to start. And the fact that you have a goal is really good because it means your motivated. If you need any exercise and diet tips just ask!
