Do I still have to pay child support if I am not getting to see my child?
My ex husband won't let me see my daughter even though it is in the divorce decry. I have paid child support and still don't get to see her. I just found out my tax return is being given to him as well even though he won't let me see my daughter. What can I do?

If you have a court order for visitation and he is refusing then take him back to court for contempt. What did your dicorce decree say about visitation ?

Your tax refund is not taken unless you are behind on your payments.

But payments and visits are not connected at all. You have to pay if there is a court order to pay. If they will not let you see the child take them back to court to follow your court ordered visitation. If you don't have a order for visitation ( why not ?)

But you take them back to court and force them to allow you to visit.
