Just a simple poster nothing too complicated

The best posters are simple with maybe only three colors.

How about a raised index finger in front of red lips with the words Sssshhhhh! In a speech balloon. Then add whatever words you might need to briefly and clearly explain the confidentiality issues including respect for the patients. I probably would block print RESPECT and CONFIDENTIALITY and INTEGRITY and PROFESSIONALISM in the corners.

How about two cute children (a drawing, enlarged photo, stick figures?) in the middle of the poster, with one child whispering into the ear of the other one? -- like the game of Gossip, cupped hand next to the ear.
